All of the feedback received following the consultation event was taken into account by Prudhoe Estates prior to the submission of planning applications for the two sites in June 2016.
The planning applications have been made in ‘outline’ and set general parameters for the scheme, such as the amount of floorspace and details of the access. Reserved matters details will then need to be submitted in the future to decide the size of individual units, the final design, materials and any landscaping.
The applications will be subject to a further round of consultation and all of the issues raised will be considered by Northumberland County Council.
It is anticipated that they could be determined by September 2016.
